Supplies List

3/4 yard of your favorite fabric
1/4" width elastic (3, 3" pieces)
Two 18” pieces of 1/2" ribbon for ties

This style is very puffy on top and is Great for big hair! It has a drawstring along the sides that draws up as small as 17" around but when completely undrawn and loosened the brim would measure about 34" around so basically it is adjustable for a wide variety of head sizes. it has a small opening in the back of hat, if this bothers you I suggest the full coverage hat instead. It will be puffy on top but if you follow the directions correctly it will be as fitted around your head as you want it.
