This is my most popular surgical cap sewing pattern and all you’ll need to sew up the Fat Quarter Unisex scrub cap is 1 fat quarter or 18x22" piece of fabric, a piece of elastic and thread. This is a traditional tieback style surgical scrub hat that has been modified to cut out of a fat quarter of fabric. So go grab some fat quarters from the store and start sewing. You get a pattern to print, cut out and put on your fabric as well as several pages of photos taken while I sewed the item and written instructions. Includes a link to TWO video tutorials.
